The city of SF is eliminating Indoor Dining 11/14. But no worries… We’ll still be OPEN for outdoor dining
Hi all With SF closing Indoor dining on Saturday 11/14, we want to clarify any questions you might have. We’ll still be OPEN for outdoor dining and we’re working hard to add new features to our amazing outdoor dining area (stay tuned).
Here are some frequent questions:
Will you still honor the reservation that I made for indoor dining? Of course! You will just be seated outdoors. If your reservation was made after 7pm on weekdays or 8pm on weekends, we will help you move your reservation to earlier in the evening when we are open (Closing 7pm Sun-Thur and 8pm Fri-Sat). You should receive a call from our staff to reschedule your reservation if your reservation was out of our new operating hours. If you haven’t heard from us please call (415) 986-5966 and press 5 to talk to the host.
What should I wear for outdoor dining? We recommend dressing warmly and bringing a wind-breaking jacket, scarf, and/or warm hat. San Francisco can get chilly on the waterfront with outdoor dining options. If you are dining during the day we recommend sunglasses and a hat. We also have plenty of cocktails 😉 We recommend our Patron Tequila.
Do you have heat lamps? Yes. We currently have a heated sheltered dining patio. We’re also working hard to add new features to our outdoor dining experience.
What if I don’t have a reservation? We recommend making a reservation. If you don’t have one, no problem! We welcome walk-ins. Join our online waitlist on the Yelp mobile app before you even arrive to skip the line and limit host interaction.
Are stores and attractions still open on PIER 39? Yes! Most stores and many attractions are open. We recommend visiting our sustainable seafood partners Aquarium of the Bay on PIER 39 to see their incredible shark tunnels, adorable otters, and a touch pool. Tip: use code “Simco” for $5 off adult and $3 kid tickets Monday-Friday. (No, we don’t get anything if you use the discount code, we just want to help you out!)
Where do I park? Planning to drive? We offer TWO-HOUR free parking validation for the PIER 39 garage. If you plan to stay longer, we recommend making an advanced parking reservation for the PIER 39 garage to receive $10 all-day parking on weekdays and $15 all-day parking on weekends!
What are you doing to keep us and your staff safe from COVID-19?
When should I remove my mask? Please wear a face covering when you arrive to be seated. You may take off your face covering while you are eating or drinking at your table.
